Using the tool

ID Photo Maker is provided as a general-purpose utility for arranging photos into printable sheets. You are responsible for choosing an image you have the right to use, checking the preview, selecting the correct dimensions and ensuring that any printed or downloaded file is suitable for your intended use.

Do not use the site to violate another person's rights, break applicable laws, interfere with the service or attempt to access systems without permission. You must not treat the tool as a substitute for official application guidance.

Photo rules and print results

Photo sizes shown on the site are general starting points only. Requirements can change or vary between authorities, countries, documents and application types. We do not guarantee acceptance of a photo, any particular printer result, or uninterrupted availability of the website.

Printer drivers may scale or crop a sheet. Check the print dialog, select the correct paper size and use actual-size or 100% scaling where appropriate. Measure a test print and confirm the requirements of the organisation receiving the photo.

Your files and privacy

The photo editor processes selected pictures in your browser rather than uploading them to our application server. You control the original file and any export you save. Please read the privacy policy for information about website requests, cookies and possible advertising services.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service to maintain or improve it. These terms may also change; continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the revised terms.
